Self-Managed

We offer an easy-to-use mailer system for clients who prefer to control the process themselves.

The system includes the following features:

  • Choose from over 130 ready-to-use HTML newsletter templates, free of charge.
  • Build content inside your templates with a WYSIWYG editor.
  • Add images by uploading them from your computer.
  • Add attachments.
  • Preview and test to see how your email will appear in the most common email clients.
  • Split testing allows you to compare alternative versions of a mailout to assess effectiveness; use the results to select the most effective version to send to your entire list.
  • Dynamic content fields allow you to customize the messages to the users.
  • Surveys function, to send email polls and surveys to your clients.
  • Auto-responders, including the ability to send multiple, scheduled messages.
  • Real time activity reporting -- including receipts, bounces, opens, views, users & clicks.
  • Configurable to suit your needs and control your brand.
  • Web interface for subscription management.
  • Automated bounce handling.
  • Online video tutorials and help files.

Fully Managed

Deliver to us the message in the appropriate format and we will do the rest!

All managed mail outs include a test mail prior to sending the message to your full database. The test mail can be directed to you for review and approval.

After the mail out, you will receive follow up reports detailing delivery rates, open rates, bounce rates and link traffic. Real time monitoring service can be arranged for repeat customers upon special request.

During the set-up, we will import your email addresses into the system database. We ask you to provide your list in an appropriate format. We will attempt to remove duplicate addresses and corrupted (incomplete) email addresses.

If you wish to have our system manage the subscribes and unsubscribes from your mailing list, we can do so for a small monthly fee. We offer both single and double opt-in process. The system requires the inclusion of a subscribe / unsubscribe link on your mailers, and if you so desire, on your website.

We Don’t SPAM (and neither should you!)

If you want to SPAM people, look for another vendor. We do not sell mailing lists, nor do we allow one customer to use the mailing list of any other customer.

Our servers are high performance boxes located in a data center in North America. We employ a custom-built, high reliability system with rapid (multi-threaded) sending processes. Sending is throttled to avoid setting off SPAM triggers on services like Hotmail, Gmail and other systems. Our servers are white-listed, helping to assure the highest possible delivery rates without fear of having your mail marked SPAM by the receiving servers.

Subscription process in our system is enabled to support compliance with the CAN-SPAM act. Though we encourage double opt-in permission marketing, we do allow you to operate without strict compliance with that procedure. Note, however, that we reserve the right to cancel accounts that are found to be abusive, or that do not comply with ethical email practices.
