WordPress is a state-of-the-art publishing platform with a focus on aesthetics, web standards, and usability. While many people are familiar with the WordPress blogging service or may know that WordPress makes great blog sites, a lot of people are not aware that WordPress also provides full CMS functionality. The system can do a lot more than just create beautiful blog sites. The WordPress project has been around since 2003 and has seen millions of downloads.
